Terms and Conditions – MSP Inbound Leads Mastery

1. Program Overview & Access

  • Access begins upon payment.
  • Includes one year of course content, weekly group coaching, a community, one free hour of 1-on-1 coaching, and two hours of website QA.
  • Additional paid support and implementation services are available.
  • Features and access terms may evolve as the program develops.

2. Pricing, Payment & Renewal

  • First-year access is US$5,800 (discounts may apply). Renewal is US$2,500/year.
  • Prices may increase annually based on inflation (January CPI) or program expansion.
  • Annual subscription renews automatically unless cancellation is requested by email to louis@msplaunchpad.com at least 7 days prior to the billing date.
  • No refunds are offered after payment. Failed payment revokes access.

3. Scope of Use & IP

  • Each client account is intended for a single company. Sharing login credentials with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in revoked access without refund.
  • Access is limited to internal use by the client’s MSP team only.
  • Up to three seats are included. More can be purchased.
  • Content cannot be shared externally with contractors, freelancers, or agencies.
  • All intellectual property (frameworks, templates, targeting data) remains the exclusive property of MSP Launchpad.
  • Any unauthorized reuse or redistribution will incur a €5,000,000 penalty and may result in audit and legal action.

4. Client Responsibilities & Conduct

  • Clients are solely responsible for implementing the program.
  • Respectful behavior is required in the coaching sessions and community.
  • MSP Launchpad may revoke access at its discretion if conduct is abusive or non-compliant.

5. Data Access, Visibility & Reporting

  • Clients grant MSP Launchpad access to Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRMs, lead forms, and any related tools necessary for performance tracking.
  • Clients must CC support@msplaunchpad.com on inbound forms or provide read-only CRM/form access for lead validation.
  • Aggregated, anonymized performance data may be shared for program improvement.

6. Performance Guarantee – "Refund + $5000"

This guarantee has been crafted to ensure that clients who follow the program correctly and implement all required steps will generate meaningful results. All requirements are structured to reflect the critical components of a functioning inbound lead generation system. Clients who execute the system fully are either rewarded with qualified leads—or compensated for their time and trust.

If the client fully implements the program and does not generate qualified inbound leadflow:

  • MSP Launchpad takes over and completes final optimization
  • A 90-day Premium Optimization Period begins
  • If still no leads, client is refunded their current year’s subscription fee + US$5,000

Implementation Requirements Clients must demonstrate ILM-standard completion of:

  • Target Market Fit
  • Irresistible Offer
  • Big Promise
  • Google Business Profile (claimed, optimized, with relevant imagery)
  • Sufficient 5-star Google reviews to evoke curiosity among local businesses as a top-performing MSP (quantity defined per region)
  • Local SEO visibility (ranking an average of #6 or better across their main keyword over 40 square miles of populated area), in the USA, UK, Australia or Canada
  • Indexed inbound content (blogs, service pages, optimized location pages)
  • Custom-domain website that meets ILM standards
  • At least 4 optimized blogs posted per month for 2 months consistently
  • At least 8 optimized GBP posts posted per month for 2 months consistently

Coaching Requirement

  • Attend at least 6 group coaching sessions in the first 6 months
  • Present system elements for feedback and has processed the suggested improvements
  • Apply coaching advice in good faith

Evidence Submit:

  • Screenshots, URLs, dashboards, and other verifiable proof
  • Signed declaration confirming full implementation

Activation Timeline

  • Client must have had access to the ILM for at least 180 days to initiate a claim
  • Guarantee must be initiated within 36 months of purchase
  • Only one claim permitted per client
  • Once access to the ILM program is granted, client waives rights to standard refunds unrelated to the guarantee process

Final Review & Performance Readiness Confirmation

  • Client must undergo a Final Review session when applying for a refund. During this time, MSP Launchpad will recommend the changes necessary in order to achieve leadflow. These must be acted upon and installed in good faith  
  • MSP Launchpad issues a written Performance Readiness Confirmation after all final tweaks are verified. If tweaks are not verified or only partially executed, another Final Review may be required.
  • 90-day optimization period begins only after Performance Readiness Confirmation is issued

Premium Optimization Period

  • MSP Launchpad assumes control of systems for a 120-day optimization
  • Adjustments may include but not be limited to SEO adjustments, messaging, offer adjustments, and exposure improvements

Client Responsibilities During Optimization

  • Respond to all requests within 3 business days
  • Provide or approve all requested assets
  • Maintain lead form functionality and CC support@msplaunchpad.com
  • Grant temporary read-only access to CRM or lead management tools
  • Submit lead logs or forward all inbound forms to validate lead volume

Definition of “Qualified Leadflow” Leadflow = 3+ qualified inbound leads (within 90 days) Qualified Lead =

  • Businesses who express interest in MSP contracts or projects (Spam, vendors, irrelevant inquiries excluded)

When the Guarantee No Longer Applies

  • Leadflow already achieved
  • Implementation incomplete
  • Coaching or final feedback not followed
  • Performance Readiness Confirmation not obtained
  • Access not granted to verify leadflow
  • Sabotage, delay, chargeback, or false documentation
  • Continued use of ILM after refund
  • Misrepresentation of company, use, or eligibility

How to Activate the Guarantee

  • Submit written request to support@msplaunchpad.com
  • This must occur within 90 days of completing implementation steps
  • Include all required documentation
  • Confirm zero qualified leads post-optimization
  • Cooperate with Final Review and complete all adjustments
  • Receive written Performance Readiness Confirmation
  • CC support@msplaunchpad.com on all inbound forms and grant access as required

7. Non-Poaching & Personnel Protection

  • Clients may not solicit, offer employment to, or engage any current or former MSP Launchpad staff, contractors, or partners for a period of 36 months from the date of last interaction.
  • Any breach of this clause will result in a penalty of €750,000 per incident, payable within 30 days of discovery.
  • This clause is designed to protect the integrity and operational capacity of MSP Launchpad.

8. Legal Terms & Dispute Resolution

  • Either party may terminate for material breach
  • Confidentiality and intellectual property clauses survive termination
  • MSP Launchpad is not liable for business outcomes or implementation
  • No responsibility for service interruption due to force majeure
  • Agreement governed by Dutch law
  • Legal venue: Court of Rotterdam or ICC arbitration (English)
  • Severability applies to invalid clauses
  • This document becomes binding upon acceptance during checkout or by signature
